JOB DESCRIPTION
You are the right fit for this role if: You understand and know how to interpret clients’ marketing needs. You are a service-oriented individual with excellent communication and presentation skills. You are very organised and able to multi-task and work under pressure. You have past experience working with advertising campaigns and is great at executing marketing plans. You are a team player and you are able to work with diverse groups i.e. artists, developers, copywriters, managers and clients. You are happy working independently and appreciate the opportunity to apply your own creativity to the job. You have good business judgment, and is comfortable working with budgets.
Responsibilities:
ü Act as a link between clients and the agency;
ü understand clients' needs and objectives and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns on a daily basis;
ü manage administrative and campaign work and ensure that advertising projects are completed on time and on budget;
ü prospecting for new clients and new business;
ü meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;
ü working with agency colleagues i.e. graphic artists, web developers, online personnel, copywriters to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget;
ü presenting, alongside agency colleagues (particularly the account manager), the campaign ideas and budget to the client;
ü working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies;
ü liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;
ü negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;
ü presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;
ü handling budgets,
ü sales promotional ideas and initiatives to increase revenue
ü develop a client and marketing network base including media and other industry players; ü writing client reports;
ü monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns;
ü undertaking administration tasks;
ü arranging and attending meetings;
ü social media marketing on behalf of ODEM Creative Media and ODEM Business Consulting clients as the need arises;
ü communicating with printers, and other creative company to produce and execute campaigns;
ü making 'pitches', along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency.

Qualifications
ü First Degree in Business, Communication and/or Marketing.
ü 3 Years working experience in a similar role
ü Computer Literacy/Proficiency – Microsoft suite of products

ü Active communication with client via phone or email
ü The Account Executive reports to the Agency Manager
ü Be available for meetings – weekly or monthly team meetings via google, skype or zoom and periodic meetings at client site
ü Possess a vehicle in good working condition
