Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance Department at the Flour Mill Division

Caribbean Grains Limited is a local manufacturer of both white and whole wheat flour and animal feed. The company is located in Vieux Fort , St Lucia. We are currently seeking a qualified and reliable Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance Department at the Flour Mill Division. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall maintenance and upkeep of all machinery, equipment and installation of new and replacement machines/equipment MAJOR Roles and Responsibilities: Inspect facility to determine problems and necessary maintenance. Implement and manage a Preventative Maintenance Plan/System. Manage spare parts inventory. Provides emergency maintenance support to the Plant: up to and including outside normal working hours Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance Prepare and manage annual Capital and recurring expenditure Budget Manage relationships with contractors and vendors Ensure health and safety policies are complied with Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Electrical / Electronics Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university; A minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance Experience with managing a team Excellent communication and organizational skills; Ability to approach and interact with clients at all levels; Basic knowledge of and proficiency in MS Office Suite; Good problem-solving skills.
