We are expanding our team. We're currently recruiting a Customer Service Assistant.
Primary responsibilities include: Interacting with customers to provide information in response to enquiries about products and services for Rafco Trading Limited (Cleanityuhself.com & Trinitrailers.com)
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet visitors in a professional manner and provide them with required information.
• Assist customers with sales and rentals at the warehouse.
• Answer phone calls and make necessary outgoing calls.
• Perform administrative tasks such as social media engagement, creating social media promotional adds on a weekly basis, responding to messages for both cleanityuhself and trinitrailers.
• Collect, organize and file physical bills and receipts for accounting purposes.
• Assign bookings/deliveries/ sales to drivers as required.
• Manage and monitor inventory of tools, equipment, products and chemicals
Skills
Good marketing and communication skills
Proficient with Social Media /Microsoft Excel/Word
Quick independent learner with good /friendly disposition
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
Key Details/Benefits :
Job will be based at our Office in Aranguez.
Working Hours - 6 Days per week, 8am-4pm
