Available for 8 hour rotating shifts

5-6 days per week, must be able to work weekends and

public holidays. Available to work during Carnival

Candidates with a hospitality/marketing diploma or a

related Associate's degree are welcome to apply.

APPLICANTS WE SEEK :

Proactively anticipate guest needs to drive upsells and

deliver personalised service.

Collect guest feedback, log service issues and follow up

to ensure satisfaction.

Ensure Room Checks and Inventory Needs are done on

a timely basis

Knowledge in PMS Systems, Microsoft Suite tools

Must be able to communicate effectively

Applicants whose training and experiences match our

criteria would be acknowledged.
