Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with choosing frames and lenses

• Perform pre-screening tests

• Register patients and prepare job cards, invoices, and lab forms

• Conduct quality checks on completed spectacles

• Explain membership benefits and optical products

• Process daily lab and administrative paperwork

• Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting smooth branch operations

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 CXC O' Levels

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Computer literate (MS Office)

Organized, reliable, and able to multitask

Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Optical sales experience is an asset
